Terms of use

This notice covers the website. Product subscriptions and project engagements require their own agreed terms.

Website information

The website describes Ferbios products and services for general information. Illustrative dashboards use sample data. Descriptions do not guarantee that a feature is included in a particular plan or custom engagement.

Subscriptions & projects

Pricing, functionality, delivery schedules, support, availability, and responsibilities are confirmed in a separate written agreement before an engagement. A form submission is an enquiry, not a purchase or acceptance of a contract.

Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, or use forms to distribute spam.

Content & external links

Ferbios branding and original website content may not be used in a way that misrepresents an association with the company. External websites, when linked, operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
